The American Cancer Society’s
Celebration on the Hill on the Mall in Washington DC. The American Cancer
Society wished to create a presence in front of the Capitol building in
order to assist their efforts in lobbying Congress for awareness and
funding. This week-long event was one of the most successful in ACS history
with over 7,000 attendees visiting the event, and coming to hear the
Secretary of Health speak. The ACS realized over 75% attendance by members
of Congress based on responses gathered after the event.
Tahitian Noni International. Boosting attendance for world-famous
direct-marketer Tahitian Noni International was the end-result of months of
intensive development and execution of their International Distributor
Conference in Las Vegas. Tahitian and Renaissance themes were woven
together, incorporating a complete Tahitian village featuring a 35-foot
"stone" temple, a botanical laboratory with working bamboo aqueduct,
beckoning attendees to try products in development with scents of papaya,
coconut and mango. The raised stage came alive hourly with authentic dancers
and musicians. Associates just couldn't get enough village shopping! TNI
used the opportunity to roll-out new branding at a smashing 5,000-attendee
dinner party complete with tropical feathered bird-masks at a formal island
masquerade. The Opening Session stage featured a Gondola that became a
50-foot Outrigger, and stunning misted water effects.
Hewlett-Packard Corporation. What's octagonal, tasseled, gold, has a
velvet Pasha-Pillow and an authentically-hand-painted Russian Egg? A very
special invitation for a very special event at the renowned Russian Tea Room
in New York City. Our team of event specialists came together to make sure
all the details were right for HP's Linux Partners as they visited the
Golden Bear Room for an exclusive sit-down feast fit for a Czar! This
exclusive party was planned for elegance, featuring miniature Victorian
chairs to hold the place-cards, and the smooth jazz stylings of Diana Krull.
Overland Storage. For three years, our executive team has created a
complete themed cruise for Overland Storage Partner Summits. Shipboard
activities included keynote speakers, entertainment, dinner parties, awards
banquets and corporate games. Exotic locales along the cruise provided
opportunities for themed parties in local cantinas, complete with
collateral, giveaways, prizes and activities that were integrated with local
venues and resources to add plenty of sizzle for Overland partners!
Compaq Hob Nob at the House of Blues. Big Bad Voodoo Daddy was the
band at Compaq's rousing party at the House of Blues in New Orleans. An
event in itself during Microsoft' Tech Ed Conference, our services included
complete e-registration services, animated web commercials hot-linked to
registration, complete database management, look and feel, and execution of
the theme on banners, t-shirts, table tents, wristbands, hard-copy
invitations and more.
North American Museum of Ancient Life. For the World's Largest
Dinosaur Museum, the package included: Complete brand development and
execution including lobby treatments, and museum gift-shop development,
Press Kits, field guides, business cards, stationery and admission tickets,
boulevard banners, TV and Radio commercials, billboards, display ads, 2
grand opening events with themed invitations, VIP guests and complete press
management including press conferences, placed stories in national and
international media including the London Times, and The Today Show.
Novell Corporation. Novell Corporation has used our designers and
members of our
Management Team for over 20 years in the creation and execution of over 50
corporate events including their premiere industry Event, BrainShare™. Other
events include Novell Partner Summits, Novell Sponsored PGA® Golf Events,
International Edge® forums held in Bali, Thailand, Africa and Europe, and
parties, concerts, cruises-even a Safari! Complete concepting,
entertainment, collateral, AV, video development and editing, music,
staging, travel, web integration, music, talent-whew! You name it-we've done
it.
Hewlett-Packard San Francisco MOMA Party. HP chose the Museum of
Modern Art in San Francisco as the location for a swanky thank-you to valued
partners. The request was for something hip, and ultimately cool-so we
reached into the depths of our creative psyches and created a fabulous
invitation featuring a miniature, handmade Alexander Calder lookalike
mobile, created in signature red, blue and black. The food was also a work
of art, and was topped off by the smooth stylings of the Miller Jazz Trio.
Helius and Intermountain Turbine. We regularly provide corporate
clients like Helius Corporation, and Intermountain Turbine with complete
tradeshow booth design and management, as well as full banner,
signage and collateral support for their industry tradeshows. We also
provide all t-shirt imprinting, bags, giveaways, and complete booth set-up
and management including the handling of contracts, dock arrangements,
drayage, and compliance with union labor requirements.
Taste of the NFL. Celebrity sports figures such as Joe Montana and
Dan Marino get together with famous chefs from around the country and help
cook up a storm at this Superbowl® week fundraising event. An annual tradition,
the Taste of the NFL® is all about raising money for the hungry. Nearly $1
million was raised last year, with help from partnerships and sponsorships
such as Microsoft's X-Box.®
